About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and the MinQi public launch list. MinQi is owned and operated by Safari Entelligence Ltd, registered with Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission (RC 9605954). Contact address: Diye Zarmaganda, Jos South, Plateau State, Nigeria.
MinQi is not yet available
MinQi is being built and cannot be downloaded or used yet. This website describes the product we are building, including capabilities that are still in development, and interfaces and features may change before release. The MinQi app will have its own terms, which will apply when it is released. Private testing is a separate programme with its own terms.
The launch list
The launch list is free and is only for people aged 18 or over; by joining, you confirm that you are. Joining it means we will email you MinQi launch updates; it does not create an account, reserve access to the app, or make you a private tester. You can unsubscribe at any time. We may close the launch list, and we may remove an address from it, for example if emails to it bounce. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Notice.
Illustrations and examples
Product views and financial figures on this website are illustrative examples using fictional data. They are not real customer information and do not predict your results. Your own records determine your results.
What MinQi does not do
- MinQi does not hold money, make payments or transfer funds.
- MinQi does not connect to bank accounts in its first release.
- MinQi does not provide investment, tax, legal or regulated financial advice. Information MinQi provides is based on the records you enter and review, and you remain responsible for your financial decisions.
Using this website
Please do not misuse the launch-list form, for example by submitting other people’s email addresses without their permission or by automated submissions.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes about these terms may be brought before Nigerian courts with jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
